Amsterdam 2009 - Day 2

Amsterdam day 2 was mostly occupied with a trip to Keukenhof (it means kitchen) gardens. If it were later in the season, more flowers would have been in bloom. In any case, it was beautiful! Of course a trip to Holland wouldn't be complete without wooden shoes!

Amsterdam 2009 - Flashback

A year ago I took a trip with my mom and brother to Europe for 9 days. I thought I would commemorate the year anniversary of the trip with a 9 day photo blog recap. Day 1 - arrive in Amsterdam. There really are windmills and it is a quaint town built on canals. We took a city tour by boat and visited Anne Frank's house!
